I'm Emma- owner and creative behind EM Photography & Design!
Growing up on my family farm not only gave me a strong passion for agriculture, but instilled a work ethic and drive to succeed in me that has allowed me to grow this business from the ground up!

As an active 4-H and FFA member I was frequently combining my passion for agriculture with my creative talents. From photography projects and creative writing, to communications competitions and small design projects, I have always been certain that this was the path I wanted to take.
​
In 2017, I decided it was time to finally turn my dreams into a reality. What started as picturing small jackpot shows in Ohio has allowed me so many amazing opportunities across the United States.

Being mostly self-taught I pride myself on my ability to take a unique approach to any situation and ultimately achieve what I set to accomplish.

Growing up I spent most of my time in the barn with my younger siblings- Maggie and Carson, prepping for upcoming shows or helping with other tasks around our family farm.
​
Now that I am no longer a junior exhibitor myself, I travel home quite frequently to help my younger siblings get their projects prepped and dialed in for the next show.
​
Washing calves, walking pigs and barn karaoke are just a few of my favorite summer time traditions. (Especially when they're followed with trips to the local ice cream shop)
An Ohio native, I always dreamt of furthering my education at the Ohio State University. (Go Bucks)

I graduated in May of 2020 with a Bachelors degree in agriculture communications and minor in agribusiness.
​
What started as a side business to get me through college quickly grew in to something so much more. EMPD is more than just my career, it is something that I am extremely grateful for and so proud of. It has taken me places I never dreamt I could go and allowed me to connect with incredible individuals who share the same passion for the industry that I love.
